Originally founded in 2012 to support, renovate and maintain the properties of a local care organisation, Probuild (Wales) has grown into an independent construction company.
We undertake all aspects of building work and are currently overseeing projects in the current government backed Eco 4 grant project, which is bringing a much needed thermal upgrade to thousands of homes nationwide.

What Are ECO4 Grants?
The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) began in January 2013 and we are now in the fourth version of the scheme, known widely as ECO4.
ECO is a Government scheme to obligate the largest suppliers of gas and electricity to deliver energy efficient measures to domestic premises in Great Britain. The scheme is funded by the largest energy companies who have been obligated to provide funding for heating and insulation improvements.
